MIS 6326 P/E

MIS 6326 Database Management Systems (3 semester hours)

Study of relational database theories, industry standard SQL, and database design. Conceptual/semantic data modeling with the entity-relationship diagramming technique is also introduced. A client/server database environment is developed with a selected SQL server, which is Oracle, Sybase, Microsoft SQL Server or other depending on the availability, and a database application development tool.
