BIOGRAPHY

Webmaster duties include the development of meaningful site content, graphic layout, page and site design. Study of new technologies and methodologies suitable for current and future implementation. Installation, administration, modernization and trouble shooting of client Websites residing on remote UNIX host servers. Translation and creation of HTML documentation, including the development and maintenance of CGI, JAVA and Perl scripts.

Greatest interests are in Website solutions; including, content creation, site development, software programming and systems & network administration. In-fact, in an effort to improve our content creation in the realm of geographic information systems, I have recently completed the GIS Certificate Curriculum under the direction of Dr. Ron Briggs, Professor of Geographic Information Sciences at UTD.

While serving a second tour in the United States Navy, a duty related diving accident caused a C-5 spinal cord injury and resulted in paralysis and a loss of sensation below chest level. I now use a power wheelchair for mobility and drive an adapted motor vehicle.

I would appreciate an opportunity to discuss my experience with you and provide any details not listed on the Website; including personal, academic and professional achievements. I can be reached at 972-783-1987. If you would like to learn more about my Web Specialist prowess, then please visit my various Websites and projects.

I have performed duties as a Software Engineer while employed with Raytheon / E-Systems. Using software design COTS, and the object oriented design paradigm, teams of engineers collaborated to build a geospatial information, imagery and solutions system for the national security community and commercial customers to help them better map, measure and monitor the word.

I have received extensive electronics and managerial training as a Second Class Electronics Technician in the United States Navy. Through two tours of duty, I was awarded numerous commendations for my thorough work and dedication. My responsibilities included supervision of department personnel as well as repair and maintenance of shipboard electronics equipment.
